Montmorency Cherry – Jam packed with antioxidants, this superfood is hailed as natural sleep aid due to being a great source of Melatonin, which regulates the body’s circadian rhythm, helping you to get to sleep. Magnesium Glycinate – Good magnesium levels have been shown to reduce time taken to get to sleep as well as increase sleep duration and quality.
